So what do I think about guac? Guacamole?
Holy Moly… I love it!!!
What I don’t love is that there are so many crappy guacamole recipes out there. IT’S EMBARRASSING PEOPLE!!! Okay, maybe not so much on the home recipes, it’s more the stuff you get in stores and restaurants that generally don’t taste very good, no offense.

There aren’t that many ingredients… can’t be that hard to make… Can it?? Mind you, as humans, we do have a tendency to complicate things, don’t we??
Try this one, I invented it myself, and, in my opinion, it’s quite delicious.
1 whole avocado (mush it all up, no lumps)
1 tablespoon minced onion (make it tiny… white works best)
1 tablespoon minced peppers (red looks pretty, green or yellow tastes better… your call)
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of pepper
Fresh squeezed lemon juice (maybe about a teaspoon worth? Go by your own personal taste preferences please)
If you really wanted to fancy it up, you could add a little splash of fresh squeezed orange juice too!
The key to a good guac is to make your garlic, onion, and peppers REALLY tiny. You want little bursts of freshness.
You could add a bit of fresh parsley… if you like. It will make it extra froosh and it’s good for the garlic n onion breath too! It’s all about balance, right?!
Feel free to play around with it a bit.
One must personalize all recipes they use!
Bon apetit! Oh, wait, wrong language :p well, you know what I mean… Enjoy!!
